As an organization eligible to receive a High Performance Coach Capacity grant, your organization will have access to the High Performance Coach Capacity SharePoint folder. This new SharePoint folder will contain the High Performance Coach Capacity Guidelines, Coach Change Form, Coach Exemption Request Form and the High Performance Planning Tool document. Your organization will also be able to upload the required support documentation to the folder.
Sask Sport requires the name(s) and email address(es) for each person that should have access to the SharePoint folder for your organization. The email addresses that are submitted on this form, will be the emails used to access the High Performance Coach Capacity SharePoint folder. Each of the contacts will receive an invitation by email from SharePoint once Sask Sport receives all the Provincial Sport Organization’s contact information.
