1989 Jeux Canada Games Foundation Inc.
One of the goals of the Jeux Canada Games is to leave a heritage of physical and human resources in both the host community and the province.
The 1989 Jeux Canada Games left Saskatoon and Saskatchewan with legacies in facilities, community development and sport. Sport equipment from the Games was distributed to communities and organizations throughout the province for use by amateur athletes.
The 1989 Jeux Canada Games Foundation was established with funds remaining after completion of the Games. The Foundation distributes the interest accrued on the invested funds on an annual basis to assist in the development of amateur sport in Saskatchewan.
Application deadline: Nov. 30 each year
